      Pros

      - Learning culture is good, the assignments can make you a better professional - Flexible working environment - Getting a chance to work with good people - Exposure to quality software development practices. - Good company to work for only for 2 years though.

      Cons

      - Salary is not up to expectation. Salary doesn't justify the amount of work done - Pay gap is very huge - Toxic office culture - Monotonous work after a certain time - Too much overwork for little compensation

      Good food and Good colleagues Relatively better pay in compared to nepali companies but very less compared to service company based in us.

      Cons

      1. Did not gave bonus to its employees despite having increased revenue 2. Culture is degrading 3. Salary increment is very low 4. Too much politics 5. Forces employees to quit 6. Very inaccessible infrastructure 7. So many benefits just for managers and not for engineers 8. ENGINEERING MANAGERS HAVE LITTLE OR NO EXPERIENCE BEING AN ENGINEER
