      Pros

      The great thing about LeAp is the consideration given to working artist. Like if I have to travel for my business or take a random day off because of a last minute booking. My supervisor always works with me. I had an opportunity to travel for work in Nigeria for a month and came back to my job at LeAp, no problem

      Cons

      if I had to list cons, I guess it would be more hours. And I hate Salesforce.
