Pros

Highly Organized & Strong Discipline: The firm has clear rules, well-defined tasks, and effective training, which makes everything run smoothly. Professional Environment: The office is spacious, well-lit, and comfortable, creating a great atmosphere to work in. Talent Recognition & Competent Team: CK has a real talent for spotting skilled people, so you’ll be surrounded by bright, skilled and driven professionals. Learning & Career Development: In less than a year, I gained a deep understanding of Employment Law, which really changed how I see employees' rights in the workplace. It's an area that will broaden your knowledge and help you grow professionally.

Cons

This is a place for highly organized, self-sufficient, responsible, and dedicated people who are ready to invest their time and put in serious effort. CK challenges his team with meaningful work and sets high expectations. If you’re looking for a laid-back environment where you can coast, this isn’t the place for you.

Pros

Coworkers are nice, intelligent

Cons

This firm has to be running a scheme. They hire you very quickly, replied to my resume the same day and asked me to come in for an interview that day. They lure you in with a promised 10k bonus to make up for below average salary however my contract never mentioned this. It also said that I am an "independent contractor" with no rights or benefits that we spoke about. This is supposedly a probationary period however the contract ended in three months and it seems they have a high turn over rate to avoid ever giving anyone benefits or the bonus. They had interviews for new people almost every day and there is a high number of previous employees quitting or being fired within a few months. The owner only cares about money and relies on hiring young graduates who will sign the contract even though it is not what was promised. DO NOT WORK HERE!! (If you do decide to work here, you only get paid once a month.)
