      Good for mid-career. People are great to work with.

      Cons

      There have been some reorg shakeups and layoffs recently. Can be difficult to get promoted internally and many management positions have been recruited from Dell and HP.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
