      Pros

      Great benefits, young atmosphere, on campus gym and wellness center, cafeteria, and a good looking campus.

      Cons

      As an employee, your opinion does not matter. Management move employees around without asking if they would like to be moved. Heavily under performing because the company is heavily understaffed and job cuts keep going.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
