Pros
I had good 5 years of employment with this company during which I learned a lot of new tools and technologies. I started as a consultant there, but been proposed to convert to a full time because of my significant contributions to the project. I met there some extremely talented people, who now mostly moved to CA, WA or TX to work for Google, Facebook, Apple or Amazon. It was great to use some new Google technologies before they were advertised for other Google clients (Motorola was a Google company at that time).
Cons
Very shaky and unstable situation with the company revenues. Constant layoffs. Managers are a protected class while employees have to suffer for bad management decisions. Not AGILE environment (by the time when I left at least). Life/Work balance is not great, a lot of overtimes and very little or no recognition for achievements. Upper management changes sometimes meant 180 degrees turns in product development decisions.
