Senior leadership is terrible, no trust, confidence, empowerment, communication, no at least integrity and/or honesty. Management team lies, HR covers and everything stills the same. No work life balance at all. Retaliation is part of the management tactics to listen to only what they want....if you speak up what you think, you are fired. No Code of Conduct in place....only for blue collars....management team does what they want and how they want, when they want...treat their employees like a dog
