Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Reducing our workforce is a difficult, but necessary, decision to make as we continue to execute our strategy for Intelligent Transformation while achieving sustainable, profitable growth. Recently we had to take this step of rebalancing our headcount and skills to position us for the future. We treated those affected with dignity and respect, and offered a strong transitional program. While we may reduce positions in certain areas of the business, we are investing in others, adding new employees with the necessary skills to fuel our future growth. Lenovo will continue to make adjustments as needed as part of our ongoing management of the business.
