      Pros

      Good people, good products, good office, good location, opportunity to move up in company is there if you have good numbers and politic the correct way

      Cons

      pay is low for amount of work you have to do, no freedom basically tied to your desk by management, have to even let them know when you are going to the bathroom.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
