Lenovo prides itself on its products. We consistently produce some of the best products in the market. Lenovo in in a market that changes often, therefore, as a market leader, we must change to lead the market. This does mean occasional changes in the org to grow. Our happiest employees are comfortable with these changes.
We do hear issues about work life balance...it is important to work with your manager directly to keep that in balance if you are in a global role with off hour calls

Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
