11yLenovo prides itself on its products. We consistently produce some of the best products in the market. Lenovo in in a market that changes often, therefore, as a market leader, we must change to lead the market. This does mean occasional changes in the org to grow. Our happiest employees are comfortable with these changes.
We do hear issues about work life balance...it is important to work with your manager directly to keep that in balance if you are in a global role with off hour calls
