This is the kind of company where managers will be asking each other how a certain sales rep can afford a certain car. Never had a manager friend me on Facebook then unfriend me for no reason. Lots of jealousy.

It sounds like you have some issues with co-workers that you may want to address with them directly or with HR to help. Although we'd certainly disagree about Lenovo being a nasty workplace. We do our best to provide a healthy and positive work environment.

Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
