      Beat starving - but not by a lot

      Cons

      IBM x86 sold Business Unit to Lenovo for purpose of closing down Ottawa office (announced spring 2015, executed fall 2015). 30+ employees affected. Work transferred to Taiwan. Lenovo did not love us long time.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
