Regionals and ZVPs dont care about anyone in store. Turn and burn associates is there moto. Associates and managers leaving left and right. 8 Store Manager openings out of 26 stores shpuld say something to corporate. If you fail to get consistent results even one day you are told to hold your people accountable and replace them. Unrealistic expectations with traffic down 10 to 20% in most stores managers are expected to increase sales. Plan and simple they dont care about anyone.
