Pros
Great benefits, free pair of eyewear each year, flexible hours, decent training on product and procedures.
Cons
Part time associates get very limited benefits, and those who are designated casual part time get no benefits, but are expected to work about 10 hours a week in my store. While my rate of pay is good, the directive of the company keeps changing, and each year the incentives for sales changes.
