      A free pair of glasses every year worked.

      Cons

      Overworked. Pressured to sell by upper management to reach goals. KPIs were hard to reach as they were the same for full-time and part-time staff.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
