      Overall culture. Good benefits especially 401K company match. Great people to work with. Amazing brand. Fun environment to work in.

      Cons

      Don’t always tools needed to effectively do your job. This is getting better but still an issue at times. As in any corporate environment you run into people who don’t live the company values. However this not something that is overly prevalent at Levi’s.
