    Pros

Free Uniform - Bonus if we hit target - great discount for family and friends - of course you get to wear Levis

    Cons

Sometimes a late finish would mean leaving at 10:30 and 11:30 around Christmas - have to work Saturdays and Sundays

    Advice to Management

Help the full timers out a bit more, park timers should work weekends

I have been working at Levi Strauss part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

40% discount, monthly bonus scheme, Perkbox benefits including phone insurance and gym memberships, uniform allowance every 3 months, £160 for 8hour contracts and more for more hours, paid holiday and sick leave

    Cons

Don't know if it's a company wide issue but rotas are not posted until the week before sometimes even the day before, and there have been many issues with contact between management and staff and customers have noticed and commented

    Advice to Management

Take staff complaints about managers more seriously please, they seem to just be brushed off the shoulder

    Pros

Friendly co-workers, 40% of discount, and uniform allowance every three months!

    Cons

Can get busy, your nails get stained blue, from all the denim, and the women's clothes don't have a wide enough range in sizes.

    Advice to Management

Don't allow other members of staff to play music over the loud speakers, especially when it contains swearwords, and VERY offensive sexual references.
