The tips were few and far between. At my interview they said we'd make 400-700 or more in one night. I figured that was an exaggeration but assumed I'd at least walk out with 100-200. I worked 10 shifts and never made more than $50 in tips despite having over 3000 in sales every time and working almost 8 hours. The company puts a service charge on the bill that is 18% which guests think covers servers. Unfortunately, servers and food runners don't see any of that money. Very misleading and when brought up with management they acted like I was being illogical.
