Team-Oriented, Well-Structured from their logistics, systems, hiring process, and execution of their services.
Cons
Yearly training to review basic principles -- seems overly corporate, uses a lot of paper, and might be more effective in smaller team settings, but then again I realize it's an enormous company, so maybe this is the most efficient way to complete this process.
