Pros
Staff in buildings (GMs, housekeeping,maintenance) on the whole great people with good morale. Bonuses decent as are wages depending on your role. Students are treated very well- your kids would enjoy living here as a student.
Cons
No progression, management are very slow to act on market trends such as pricing and refurbs. Happy to let issues continue until too late rather than nip in the bud. Some sr management are very sly and think far too much of their own opinion rather than listening to that of those on the ground.
