Pros
The company started out ok. The company began in 2014 and I started in 2017. Like any start up, it had it's growing pains but I initially enjoyed working there. It went downhill about 2 years ago and I don't see a great future
Cons
Upper level management, particularly C-Suites, don't last long. In my 7 years there, there had only been 2 CEOs. There wasn't one when I started.
Micromanaging. MAN...do they ever micromanage. Especially since going down to only one account. OMG...if it took you too long to do a work item, they were breathing down your neck wondering why it's taking you so long, you couldn't take a break until the item was done then if you missed your scheduled break time, they wanted to know why you took the work item knowing it was going to take you that long to do (which we didn't know).
They made changes "for the good of the company", not for the good for the employees.
Forced employees to start learning things they may not necessarily be interested in (AI, Machine Learning, LLM, coding, etc)
Massive layoff just happened with NO warning AND it was effective immediately. No working unitl the end of the week and you couldn't finish out your work day.
