      Horrible management

      Pros

      It's easy. They call it finance, but it's just data entry.

      Cons

      The management team is horrible. Management will allow hostile employees to do as they please with zero repercussions. From employees yelling and making indirect threats at violence. Multiple complaints were made by multiple employees and they were just given lip service by management about how they will take care of it. They did nothing.

      Pros

      Start up company, so room to be creative. Layout started with a quiet room, but was changed to an office. There was a room for those breastfeeding, pretty cool. Location is nice when weather is nice by the water. Good place for high school graduates or those just graduating college to gain experience.

      Cons

      Open work space, which creates a loud working environment. Incompetent Manager working in the Contract/Accountant section. Not enough work. Not challenging Full of drama from the HR representative at the time No raise No training Not enough parking spaces Very low pay for someone with an MBA

      Pros

      If you desire an establishment that doesn't care about the quality of your work then you may enjoy working here. If you have no experience and need something on your resume, this may work for you.

      Cons

      Environment is dysfunctional, not client-driven, salaries are below market, few benefits,no training,work over 50 hours, loud/open environment,knowledge level of employees is below par.
