Pros
-CEO is a great guy. -Senior leadership team got some great new additions recently. -Very exciting and fun product. -Hiring process is very good.
Cons
-The company is very focused on perpetuating its culture, which should be a positive, but it comes out as very overbearing sometimes. You may feel like you need to fit the mould to fit in, even if that mould is very loosely defined. There are too many weekly company wide meetings that run too long. The company is starting to grow and growing pains are VERY noticeable. Company also isn't very diverse, which makes it all that much harder to mingle, could benefit greatly from hiring people of different backgrounds and nationalities. -While everyone has very fun personalities and treat each other very nicely, there isn't really a social culture outside of the group of 10 or so people who have been there since the beginning. Communication tends to be very slow across teams and the SLT is very present in everyday work and adept to micromanaging to the point of making everything slower and more stressful. Needs a better structure and to compartmentalise better issues and worries of the board, investors and so on to the SLT, as that pressure tends to trickle down on a daily basis to singular technical workers. -Office space isn't very big and isn't very well equipped either, making the days where you have to be in very sluggish and stressful, as all the issues I mentioned above become worse there. Could benefit greatly from allowing employees to fully work from home as the office doesn't offer much to a big portion of the team.
