      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Allowed previous employees to return for the summer if gone during the school year. Great Leadership. Free membership is a bonus.

      Cons

      Sometimes we would be understaffed resulting in less opportunities for relief from the sun on hot days, but when you sign up for this job thats bound to happen at some point.

      Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

      Cons

      For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
