They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!

Pros

-Real connections with members and the community -Positive, relaxed work environment -Happy coworkers -Solid benefits -Every employee has first responder training, resulting in many lives saved

Cons

-High turnover in leadership -Cult-like atmosphere at any company event -Huge disconnect between area directors and team leaders in the club -Team leaders are berated on a monthly basis for not reaching goal metrics -Front desk employees are forced to sign members up for sessions they don't want to do -Spa and clinic team members are forced to work from home despite being full-time employees -Confusing commission-based pay structure that nobody can really explain -Thinly-veiled discrimination against black and brown people, whether members or employees -Members of the C-suite have openly stated that the company is "recession-proof" because they only cater to affluent people -The CEO is a renowned misogynist who has relations with his employees -Eagan hired a pedophile who impregnated a young team member -Long history of trainers hooking up with each other and their clients, management will look the other way if they're profitable
