Pros

Meet wonderful coworkers and clients. Free membership Employee Discounts in cafe and spa

Cons

No help with getting new clients. Little to no training as a new-hire and no guidance. Very "sink or swim" environment. Terrible pay structure, less than 50% of your efforts gets put back into your pocket. They expect you to work on 100% commission 40+ hours per week, and you're told that to succeed you need to be there MORE than 40 hours per week. You can take a "draw", but NEVER do this, as you screw your paychecks over for MONTHS until you can get ahead. Not all hired Personal Trainers are actually qualified to be doing so. It's actually quite terrifying that they let certain people train there. These poor members, who don't know better otherwise, are going to get injured working with these trainers. Scary stuff.
