Pros

laid back atmosphere, primarily younger employees, free membership that can be used nationally, open 24 hours so there are lots of opportunities to work

Cons

minimum wage, rarely give out raises, mid-level management seems incompetent at times, no acknowledgement of a job well done, lots of club meetings, constant policy changes

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
