Pros

A nice, pretty, and health conscious work environment. Employees get free membership and discounts on classes, the cafe, spa/salon, pro shop, etc. Fun people to work with and great people watching. Overall it was a good part-time gig for me.

Cons

The turn off for me was the pay and the very corporate environment. Be prepared to know the company mission statement, vision statement, department mission statement at the drop of a hat. So many times a General Manager would stop in and quiz people on the spot. There's a form and checklist for basically every small task you have to fill out. If corporate if your thing - then you might enjoy the place more. I loved the people I worked with in my department but the pay was so low I had no choice to look elsewhere for something else. Also when I was there, management changed over quite frequently which sometimes led to communication breakdowns and unclear expectations. I also noticed a ton of turnover in the sales department (but that probably isn't unusual for sales).
