Pros
-Most of the Creative/Production team members are wonderful people who genuinely wants to deliver good products -Dogs in the office if you like dogs or wants to bring your dog to work -Office is expanding -Fairly standard 9 to 5 job, not much over-time
Cons
-Negative work environment, there are some managers who act like they are in an episode of Gossip Girl, but they are in their 40s. -Timesheet here is kind of like micromanaging, you have to account to every single hour/min you spent and you have to make sure you have enough billable hours. They do not give you time for experimentation or doing research -Does not support or invest in employee's development, your skills becomes stagnant. Doesn't care about their employee, show very little support. -Cheap benefits, low pay for the industry -Projects and works are mind numbingly boring and not innovative, they made a very fake promotional/life style video of their work environment which are all lies. In reality, teams rarely collaborate like they portrayed in the video, it's very siloed. -If you are a creative type or think this is a technology focused company, stay away, they are not. And things seemed to be going well for them because they have very little competitors on the market, and clients are not sophisticated enough to know any better.
