Worst job ever. No support. LOW pay. Inappropriate feedback from ill-trained 'supervisors'. Negative balance sick time or PTO, which means you work until you drop dead. Really awful place. All new job interviews I went on referred to Lifestance as the model for how to NOT be as a company. Avoid. Unless you like being burned out and miserable. Oh, and they never help you refer clients if it's a bad fit in either direction. So you get stuck with clients who don't like you, or you feel you can't help. It's so preposterous. Just really gross.
