Where do I begin?
1. Grew to big to fast
2. Upper Management and HR do care care about anyone!
3. Recruiter's promise lies and never tell the providers the truth.
4. They will hire anyone with no experience just so they can make a dollar.
5. Insurance reimbursements are actually really good and the providers a scammed with the "Compensation schedule."
6. Phone system is a nightmare, this is mental health and phones need to go to the office where there provider is located.
7. RUN as far away as you can from here! When I interviewed really good providers I wanted to tell them the truth so bad and tell them they are to good to work for this company.
8. Danish the CEO came to the office to "meet" with providers and never answered any questions, just talked around the facts.
9. All they care about is money!!!
