      Pros

      We had a great team for a while, and I loved working with the kids and working someplace new daily.

      Cons

      Very high expectations, with problems from both school side and company side falling on the photogs as scapegoats. Low pay for a job requiring 15K to 30K per year driving in personal vehicle - and wear and tear from carrying loads of equipment NOT compensated.

      Pros

      Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

      Cons

      -Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
