Pros

Good manager who attempts to do the right things but has no real power.

Cons

Purchased a few months ago by Shutterfly. Entire culture has changed. Treating employees with complete disrespect. Managing by fear. Lifetouch management seems to have no power to make positive changes. Morale is awful. Compensation far below comparable companies.

Cons

Waking up early, traveling long distances. corporate is expecting more work from us in the same amount of time without a rise in pay.
