Pros
This company produces products that people want (family portraits).
Cons
As an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Company), Lifetouch struggles with making the "great leaps forward" they need to to survive (by means other than acquisition) in the age of digital photography and media. Too many senior-level employees are "lifers" and are concerned more about their cash-out than making the needed investments for the employees less than 20 years there and for the benefit of the company and its customers.
