Pros

You meet a lot of great people, coworkers and school staff and students alike. They are pretty understanding within reason, family oriented to an extent.

Cons

No benefits, No incentives, No bonuses. They at one point did give all of those things, and gave raises at least yearly, for the past 3 years or so it has gone extremely downhill. There is a lot of drama between some coworkers. Driving in severe weather just to be told your school has been cancelled after you have already driven 2 hours away in a blizzard because our safety and well being doesn't matter, they need to make their money. I feel they are going under.

Pros

Coworkers were always friendly and great to work with. Insurance was great.

Cons

Literally everything else. Company makes major changes every few months, firing managers across the country without replacements. Did not fire a sales rep who was committing felony fraud but fired small employees with false information. Company is 90 years old but refuses to make basic improvements. Nowhere to move up and bonus is rigged.
