None at all wouldn't recommend

This place has messed up several times on my child's pictures this year. They sent me proofs, so I ordered pictures. They sent me proofs again(with different security codes) instead of the pictures. I had to get a refund of $80. I ordered them again spending $100 this time. It says it has been shipped, but when I try to track them it says otherwise. They're Christmas photos that were supposed to be sent out to family out of state. I'm expecting to get them in 3 weeks. Way after Christmas and I'm scared I won't get them or they're going to be ruined by the time I do get them because it's via UPS instead of being sent to the school like normal.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
