Pros

Great manager and very supportive team who were always in my corner even if something didn't go to plan and the school was upset, they were supportive of me. Travel time pay was given (minimum wage rate).

Cons

Scheduling system was outdated and I often got scheduled at places that were super far away instead of remaining within York Region, as was told to me in the beginning. Pay was not great. Lot of driving. Lots of equipment to carry around was the biggest drawback for me.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
