I joined Lightspeed a few months ago and so far, the experience has been great. Very friendly people, great culture. Fun atmosphere, even in this virtual work environment. Regular energetic communications from leadership that feel genuine - management really seems to care about us as individuals, as well as our customers. Cons
- Inter-team communication could be improved. More sharing of knowledge and learning from each other. - Some teams have a lot of technical debt but everyone seems interested in investing to pay it down.
