      Mostly Great - Pay should reflect breadth of responsibility - Team Lead Lightspeed Employee Review

      Pros

      - stock options are plentiful, if currently not worth much they will grow in value - if in office food is included - unlimited PTO is nice - benefits are great - can move around internally - they love to promote internally - I can work from anywhere in the world remotely if I choose to (so long as I show up for my time zone)

      Cons

      - pay isn't great compared to other companies, I'm in leadership and still keep a second job to save enough to go on vacation. Due to the recent restructure, I also do the work of a regional manager and am paid and recognized as a lead. - sales led company means that most resources are funnelled there. Great if you're in sales but not so great if you're anywhere else.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, unlimited PTO, in a position to really grow after a few really rough years.

      Cons

      Too many "yes" people near the top. VPs and directors want certain things done that they assume it will get done even if you show them hard evidence that it's not possible. If you give them a time line, they assume you can do it In half the time which is not how I work. Also there is a lot of " the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing"
