      Only one person from the Management wasn't biased and He was compassionate

      No work-life Balance, Favourations for specific people, a lot of tales carries, Kind of Gossip girl situations, Promotions are not given for the recognized work done by the person but for people who pose to do work stay late nights in the office and get good connections with certain management in individual Gender Discriminated A senior person was a very bad manager using inappropriate words The Human Resources Team lacks knowledge of HR-related things and asks the owner for most help Also, a pay slip is a right of an employee, but here requesting a payslip is also considered a crime, a payslip is usually available to the employee When tendered in the resignations the Owner Manjula doesn't make it good

      Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking time to review Limark Technologies. We consider our employees to be the greatest asset at Limark. Performers are recognized at the annual performance appraisal cycle which is very transparent. We do not agree with you on gender discriminations as we treat all our employees equally at all times. No employee is encouraged to work long hours or after hours unless there is a client requirement based on the time difference. We do care about the wellbeing of our employees and always encourage work life balance. However, person's personal circumstances do not have any connection to the working environment. If you had raised your concerns during the employment we would have definitely looked into them. Wish you all the very best.

      Good opportunities to take ownership and work on meaningful projects. Team members are generally supportive, and there is room to learn new technologies quickly. Exposure to challenging problems can help engineers grow both technically and professionally. The company also gives space for people who are proactive and willing to drive things forward.

      Cons

      Career growth and recognition can sometimes feel inconsistent, especially when expectations and progression paths are not clearly communicated. Prioritization may shift often, which can create uncertainty around long-term direction. In some cases, visibility of individual contributions depends too much on circumstance rather than a well-defined performance structure.
