Most of the mechanic work for an agency not direct with lime so everyone that worked direct with lime treat the others like a dog Not hot water to wash your hand Is cold in the warehouse not good heating Some off the senior mechanic keep fixing some bent rim with hammer and sending out for the public to rent they don’t care about public safety Management want number not quality 20 bike in 7 hour shift normally takes 30 min to check each bike so in 7 hour you would do 14
