      Good people and good culture. Very stable job.

      Cons

      Unfair salary. Even in the same team, and same seniority of job titles, the salary can be 80% difference. Little chance for career advance. You need to focus on being liked by people instead of working hard and doing a good job.

      It is making the changes that needs to be done to improve company wise.
