The ground floor staff are amazing

Cons

They preach about career possibilities but the reality is there are none. There is no training you are just expected to know or pick it up as you go But you will still get dragged over the coals when you get it wrong.

Don't look after staff equally, a lot of staff talk about others behind there back, they only look out of the sales team, lack of promotional opportunities. Dont sell there own products
