Pros
Link has really good benefits including lots of paid time off. The company provides free snacks and beverages in their office locations. Lots of useful company swag is given to employees. Company provides home office equipment (monitors, laptop, keyboard, headset, etc) and wellness money to employees.
Cons
The culture is "high school - clique 'Ish." It's all about who you know. Hybrid policy was basically removed along with summer hours (Aug remote month was changed to half day Fri starting in July). People are promoted and moved into roles based on if they are liked by the leader's vs if they actually have the skill set to do the job. DEI is literally a joke. The company does not value diversity (look at the leadership team and HR for example). The only thing HR cares about is being liked by the Sr leaders and therefore they cannot be trusted to do what's right. The company has stated all employees should be back in office 4 days a week yet most of HR is remote from home. The company is going through the 100th round of restructuring and eliminating positions but like another poster stated; none of the sr leaders are being eliminated.
