I always try to be fair and not go to extremes, so here is what I think about Linksquare. - Nice company in the beginning, with a balanced work-life balance and solid good practices. - Great employees — the most pleasant part was working with people who were dedicated and innovative.

- The company has been degrading drastically every year, and they have cut many talented people they were lucky to hire. - Layoffs are normal here, so if you are looking for a stable job, this is not it. - Zero promotions — they only promote top managers and give achievement trophies to each other. - Extreme pivoting is constant. It comes with the startup territory, but worth knowing before you join.
