      Small company where it's easy to gain experience in many different departments Possible to have high impact Promotion options for the ambitious

      Cons

      Management not realistic in achievable targets The company hires intelligent staff and then treats them like children Teams are only staffed to a skeletal level

      Pros

      The team has embraced new ideas. This is a growing company, YOY, and the opportunities for growth and development are there for your taking. It is a lean organization, and your ideas and input are encouraged, and acted upon. There are multiple outlets for training, and it is encouraged to continue your training, not just for your current position but for your succession plan too.

      Cons

      Meeting customer demands, while worldwide shipping and supply issues are impacted by supply chain issues. It's frustrating, but it is not something that the company can impact.
