Cookies,coffee, employees stand together in front of cynical management

Cons

Worst french and uk management ever. No clue about any leadership apart threatenings. Totally absent, HR included, and on your back when it's too late. Do not put one foot in this company otherwise you gonna lose your time and health. Offices from the 50's has the management style....

The team has embraced new ideas. This is a growing company, YOY, and the opportunities for growth and development are there for your taking. It is a lean organization, and your ideas and input are encouraged, and acted upon. There are multiple outlets for training, and it is encouraged to continue your training, not just for your current position but for your succession plan too.

Cons

Meeting customer demands, while worldwide shipping and supply issues are impacted by supply chain issues. It's frustrating, but it is not something that the company can impact.
