      Poor management, too political. Management not aware how to ad value and what employees do. Poor IT infrastructure relative to peers. Poor morale

      Pros

      There were opportunities to trade multiple products. There were advancement opportunities for younger employees. Good Atmosphere.

      Cons

      The Chicago office wasn't profitable. Too many employees were not qualified for the job and shouldn't have been hired. Turnover was high among talented employees.
