Nothing. Not a single Pros I want to write.. They are so bad to discuss anything positive. May be onsite team has good experience but not in India.
Cons
Now HR team and management will try to cover up the cons or negative feedback written. They will go to their desk for begging some positive feedback or they will manage do to this on own with their tricks. They closed down their Mumbai operations due to poor management and yes its true. Also the way these people did this was so pathetic. CEO had his visit and he did not turn up his face to Mumbai team as he better knew the plans to shut it off. Management - Do not think that you have given certain opportunities to associates because they are good . Its just you want to save your whatever so that you can now write on this review that heyy look we have even tried to retain few employees even after shutting operations in Mumbai, just for that..... Till last minute the management was just fooling around and suddenly people were asked to sit at home. You think by giving notice, salary you have made it up???? You have actually spoiled, ruined our careers drastically. Advice to group of Managers who just keep on gossiping about their teams other team members. what the hell is wrong with you people if someone else is suffering and you are enjoying their sufferings??? That’s why are you paid by company??? To do these things in office??? And remember its not that company may do good because of managers like you its because of your team members who are doing ground level work and members who have still not taken action against your behaviours even if they know what wrong you did to them so just be shameful for what you are doing to others and stop doing those things and inspite do some work … some good work I mean.
