I have had an extremely positive experience during my time here at LiveRamp. Everyone I work with, especially my direct managers, are communicative, supportive, and allow me to get my job done without micro-managing. My job duties and responsibilities have been clearly outlined for me since day one, with regular feedback along the way. The benefits are top-notch, including a recent $500 credit for ergonomic office furniture since everyone is working from home. The way that this pandemic has been handled has been stellar, and I truly feel that the employee's best interests are at heart. I am currently in the process of studying for and taking an advanced-level certification that will help me advance in my career, and LiveRamp generously covered the entire cost - as well as being extremely flexible and working around my school schedule. Hands down, the best place I've ever worked for. I feel challenged (in a good way), heard, included, and compensated very well - couldn't ask for more.
